2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

3. No Refund Policy

All products and services—digital, physical, or interactive—are non-refundable.

6. Scheduling & Missed Sessions

For services requiring scheduled appointments, including wellness check-ins or the Wellness Reset Course:

• You are responsible for attending your appointment
  
  

• Missed sessions may not be rescheduled
  
  

• No refunds, credits, or partial payments will be issued for missed or unused services
  
  

Club Fortified reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Club Fortified is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws, including:

• Articles
  
  

• Videos
  
  

• Courses
  
  

• Coffee recipes
  
  

• Digital downloads
  
  

• Event materials
  
  

• Designs
  
  

• Logos

You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works without written permission from Club Fortified.
