Once your digital contract is signed, we send an invoice for the first week of service. Payment must be completed before check-ins begin.
Yes. You may cancel future services at any time by providing notice according to the terms in your contract. Completed services are non-refundable.
No. Weekly Wellness Check-Ins are a supportive, non-clinical wellness service. They do not replace therapy, counseling, or medical care.
If you miss your call or are unavailable when we reach out, we will follow the policies outlined in your contract, which may include one courtesy reschedule per week.
