This Returns & Cancellation Policy outlines how Club Fortified handles order changes, cancellations, returns, and eligibility for damaged-item replacements. By placing an order or purchasing a service through Club Fortified, you agree to the following terms.
Club Fortified does not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or issue refunds for any:
Physical products
Digital products
Subscription-based services
Courses or coaching sessions
Live event registrations
Coffee of the Month items
Lifestyle boxes
Merchandise
Giftable digital downloads
Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
This applies to both physical goods and all wellness or lifestyle services.
While we do not accept returns or refunds, Club Fortified will replace physical products that arrive damaged during shipping.
To qualify for a replacement:
You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item.
You must provide:
Clear photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
Your order number
Your full name and email used at checkout
Damage must have occurred during delivery—not after receipt.
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacements cannot be issued after the 3-business-day window.
Club Fortified is not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
Missing apartment or unit numbers
Misspelled names
Returned-to-sender packages due to user error
Orders placed with incorrect information cannot be canceled, refunded, or resent without placing a new order.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly or involve time-based access, all digital sales are final.
This includes:

eBooks
Digital downloads
PDF bundles
Course materials
Online sessions
Membership access
Live virtual events
Wellness coaching and conversations
Once accessed or purchased, these items cannot be refunded or canceled.
For wellness check-ins, courses, or conversations:
Missed appointments do not qualify for refunds or credits
Scheduled services cannot be canceled once booked
If you cannot attend, the session is forfeited
Rescheduling is at Club Fortified’s discretion and not guaranteed
All service payments are final.
Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.
Our fulfillment process begins immediately, so all purchases are final and processed as submitted.
